Sports Spotlight Winter Crew

We're getting geared up from our brief fall break in sports, to continue TCTV Sports Spotlight.

This winter sports season we're hitting the courts with mens & womens basketball. We'll need camera operators, switchers, audio engineers, computer graphics, and VTR operators.

I'll be honest with you, it's a lot of hard, fast-paced work that can get your TV adrenaline pumping. Drop a line to me at ddgordon@tctv. net.

We're looking to get going for the first games in December.

Be sure to tune in to channel 22 for live, local election returns. Coverage begins at 9:oopm!

Election Night Crew Call

Want to be part of democracy? We need your help.

This Tuesday, Nov. 7, TCTV is squeezing into Studio B for an evening of election night coverage for Thurston County viewers.

We need studio crew, Field crew, and Researchers. Crew call is 7 PM.

We'll send the field teams out to the political gatherings happening around town. You'll get a chance to operate camera, be a political reporter, or act as a field producer looking for a cool lead, or grab people to gab.

In Studio B we'll be working with LIVE election night returns, updating the counts, coordinating in-studio interviews, and preparing the field interviews for on-air playback.

There's lots of action, plenty of energy, and since it's politics--may be a lot of hot air.:)
